John O'Connell
With a vast wealth of experience, drive and passion for the development industry John is responsible for overall company operations, quality assurance, performance and the introduction new innovative methods and types of construction procedures.
John’s appetite for high standards throughout the building industry has helped him achieve great success over the course of his career. John has not only been responsible for the constriction of over 1,000 homes during his career but has also developed hotels and nursing homes throughout the greater Leinster region.
Garret Fitzsimons
Garret brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to Belgrave. As one of the founding members, he is responsible for site acquisitions, sales, project assessment, legals, purchasing and plays an active role in the day-to-day running of the various sites Belgrave has at any one time.
Cost planning and control is central to the viability and success of any development, Garret take a hands-on approach to this process. With a main contracting background of some 15 years, prior to development he is acutely aware of the requirement for constant monitoring throughout the construction process.
