Borris Meadows started in February 2019 and was completed 18 months later. Constructed using modular type construction whereby houses were delivered to site complete in sections. Pods were dropped on to floor slabs and an outer skim of blockwork was plastered. These highly insulated, efficient homes are testament to Belgrave’s continuing innovation and desire to try new methods of construction within the industry.
